Choose from the following luxury Egger finishes

Light Grey Chicago Concrete - a cool-looking concrete surface with Smoothtouch Matt surface texture creating a matching cool matt feel.
White Chromix - a metallic, concrete look with Deepskin Rough surface texture reproducing the rough feel of the material.
Sand Beige - a red beige tone that looks warm but natural against wood. Smoothtouch Matt gives a modern matt look and feel.
White Levanto Marble - a discreet, elegant marbling pattern which provides a natural appearance. Finished in a smooth matt touch.
Scivaro Slate - combines elegance and rough naturalness, and can be a high-quality alternative to concrete.
Cupria Slate - warm, elegant and natural. The copper-coloured base refines this black stone which combines well with bronze, copper or red wood tones.
Dark Grey Chicago Concrete - a warm concrete well suited to combinations with white and natural woodgrain decors.
Black Pietra Grigia - a striking character with white veins and a Smoothtouch Matt finish which create a matching cool matt feel.
Alpine White - the most neutral white, it's high opacity and the Smoothtouch Matt surface texture give it an additional high value
Cobra Bronze - a natural yet graphic look that catches the eye with metallic effect feel.

Fitting Instructions for Floating Unit with Electric Fire

Important:
This unit is designed to be wall-mounted without a separate bracket. It must be securely fixed to either wall studs or a solid brick wall. Improper installation may result in damage or injury.

Tools & Materials Required:
• Drill and suitable drill bits
• Stud finder (for stud wall installations)
• Spirit level
• Tape measure
• Pencil
• Screws and wall plugs (see below for wall type)
• Screwdriver or drill driver
• Helper (recommended for lifting and holding unit)

Wall Type Fixings
Stud wall: 5–6 mm wood screws (minimum 60 mm long) directly into studs
Brick wall: 8 mm masonry screws with heavy-duty wall plugs or frame fixings

(All fixings must be capable of supporting the combined weight of the unit, contents, and fireplace.)

1.Plan the Position

1. Decide on the desired height and location for your floating unit.
2. Use a spirit level to draw a light pencil line marking the top edge of the unit.
3. Confirm clearance above the electric fireplace (if fitted) and below the TV.

2. Locate Fixing Points

Stud Wall:
1. Use a stud finder to locate the vertical studs behind the plasterboard.
2. Mark their center lines along the top line drawn earlier.
3. Ensure at least two fixings go into separate studs for secure support.

Brick Wall:
1. Mark fixing points evenly along the top line — minimum of three fixings spread across the width of the unit.
2. Avoid mortar joints; drill directly into brick where possible.

3. Mark & Drill Pilot Holes

1. Hold the unit in place against the wall (use a helper).
2. Mark the fixing holes on the wall through the back panel of the unit.
3. Remove the unit and drill:
• For stud walls: use a wood drill bit slightly smaller than your screw size.
• For brick walls: use a masonry drill bit and insert wall plugs.

4. Mount the Unit

1. With assistance, lift the unit back into position, aligning it with the pilot holes.
2. Check the unit is level before tightening any screws.
3. Insert all screws and tighten securely into studs or plugs.
4. Confirm the unit feels solid and does not move when pressure is applied.

5. Finishing Touches

• Fit the electric fireplace by slotting it into position from the front of the unit
• Check all cables and power sources are safely routed.
• Clean the surface with a soft, dry cloth.
