Order Processing
Please allow 24 hours during business days to process your order.

Made-to-order products have varying lead times which are detailed on the respective product pages.

UK Delivery
Our courier charges, including free delivery on orders over £500, are based on mainland UK deliveries. If you are based outside the UK mainland we may need to contact you to discuss alternative delivery options which may hold additional charges or not be possible altogether. We will always do our best to complete every order placed with us, however some items are impossible to get to certain locations.

Delivery of Large Items
As standard, we deliver all media wall bundles to mainland UK addresses via two man, room of choice service. Certain products - such as mirrors or large fireplaces - can only be delivered to the ground floor and at times may be delivered on a pallet curbside. In the case of any abnormal delivery arrangements we will contact you beforehand.

Orders from Europe
We can ship many items to European countries but need to manually quote for courier costs. Please contact us directly if you would like to place an order to a European country and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping through our website at the moment but please contact us if you wish to purchase from outside the UK and we will try our best to accommodate.
