Does my fire come with a warranty?
All fires come with a manufacturer's warranty. Please check the specific product page for detailed warranty information on individual products.
Do you offer installation?
We do not offer installation, however depending on your location we may be able to put you in contact with a professional installer that we trust. Feel free to contact us if you need more help regarding installation.
Are electric fires safe for children and pets?
Electric fires are considered one of the safest types of fireplace for homes with children or pets, as they do not produce real flames there is isn't any risk of burns.
Wall Panels
What size do panels come in?
All slat panels come in widths of 600mm and lengths of either 2400mm or 2750mm.
What's the difference between premium and standard?
Our standard panels are made from real wood veneer and MDF and each slat is 27mm wide & 12mm thick, whereas our premium panels are made from Egger board and each slat is 57mm wide & 18mm thick.
How do I install wall panels?
The slat panels are straight-forward to install and can easily be secured to most walls either by using adhesive to stick them or by putting screws through the felt backing.
Can panels be used outside or in kitchens & bathrooms?
The acoustic slat panels are made for indoor use only, however can be used in kitchens or bathrooms provided they're not in direct contact with water or excessive amounts of steam.
TV Backboards
How does the sizing work?
The size suggestions we offer correlate to common TV sizes and allow a 20cm border on each side. For example; if you have a 50inch TV and you purchase our 50inch TV panel it will overhang your TV by 20cm on all four sides.
Our size recommendation is only a guide and your welcome to choose a different size or request a custom size if you wish.
What's your delivery time?
In many instances we will have your TV panel to you one week from time of order but please allow 10 working days before reaching out to us about your order. If you buy a TV backboard and unit together we will send your order together when both items are ready.
Do I need to cut a hole for my TV bracket?
Your TV bracket can safely be fixed directly on to your TV backboard meaning you do not need to cut a hole to hang your TV.
How do I fit a TV panel?
Please see the TV backboard product listing for full fitting instructions. Many of our customers successfully fit these products by themselves following instructions however you may wish to enlist the help of a professional tradesman or competent DIY'er.
Storage Units
Do the units come prebuilt or flat pack?
Our units are partly pre-built and are delivered in 3 main sections:
1. The centre unit (that holds either two cupboards or a fireplace cavity)
2. The two end cupboards
3. Top panel, decor-ends and cupboard doors
Can other fireplaces fit in the storage units?
The pre-built units we have listed on our website only accommodate the two SmallBee fire options however, we can build you a custom unit to the specifications of any other fire provided by ourselves. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
Can you build custom units?
We can build custom sizes and colours of our storge units, please contact a sales expert to discuss your needs further.
Orders & Payment
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit and credit cards as well as PayPal & Klarna.
How do I order a custom product?
If you decide with one our sales experts that you require a custom product they will send you out a custom quote by email in which you can click the link to complete your purchase through our website as usual.
Delivery
What delivery options do you offer?
We offer free UK delivery on all orders over £500 and a flat fee of £40 for all orders under £500.
How long will delivery take?
Orders of in-stock products will normally be processed and dispatched within 24 business hours. For most orders we use express delivery via DHL. You will be notified when your order is dispatched and provided with a tracking number through the courier.
Made to order products have longer lead times, you can find specific information on lead times on the respective product page.
Will my order all arrive together?
Some orders may arrive in separate deliveries. If this is the case, upon receiving your order, we will contact you to discuss delivery arrangements.
Do you ship internationally?
We can deliver most items anywhere in Europe and to some countries further afield. Please contact us via the chat function or email to discuss your needs.
Returns
Can I return my item if I don't like it?
For all off-the-shelf items you're welcome to return for an exchange or refund within 30 days aslong as the items are still in unused condition.
We can't accept returns for bespoke products unless they are faulty or damaged on delivery.
How can I return an item?
If you would like to return an item please contact us via email or the chat function on our website and we will be happy to assist you.
Do I need to pay to return an item?
When returning an item because you changed your mind you need to cover the cost of the courier. If you are making a return due to goods being faulty we will cover the courier costs once the damage has been assessed.
Can you arrange return collection for me?
We can arrange a two man collection of your return items, we will send you a label which will have to be printed and attached to your item(s).
If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind we will charge you the courier costs up front before the item is collected. If you are returning a faulty item we will only pay for one collection, if for any reason the item is unable to be collected you will have to pay for the second collection yourself.
